Mo-Dad Smell

I have noticed it as well. It has been going on for a while now. We got something in the mail saying that is was the drains. That people were pitting diapers, oil, etc. In them…but I have recently learned that is not the issue. I will calling on this Monday morning bc the smell is absolutely horrible!
I would like to know if we have neighborhood watch. And if not, why??? The things that go on on my street are rediculous. We have cops that live on our street where alot of things are going on and they do nothing about it. We constantly have people speeding down our street, people having huge parties and being obnoxiously loud. What can we do to take care of this?

Neighborhood watch is made to help deter crime, such as property crimes, by using neighbors as the eyes and ears for the police. Speeders and loud parties are not the responsibility of a neighborhood watch program. If these are problems that you see, YOU have the responsibility to report them to the appropriate authority, in our case Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office. I am a police officer in this neighborhood and I have absolutely no authority in this parish. I have the same citizen status as you do. If I see a crime in progress, I will gladly call LPSO to handle the problem.
It is getting ridiculous when I smell it in my house every night.
I have emailed MoDad several times about it and it get better for a night or two. I don’t think the ponds are big enough for all the houses. We need to call the EPA or something. If anyone knows who else to contact besides Let me know.
I’ve seen someone working on the MoDad twice this week. Maybe progress is being made.
