four wheelers are being us to ride around the area , this is fine but please stay off the grass , please send out notes that some of us will be taking pictures of this issue and action should be taken , we paid for our grass , we don’t want it damaged
Due to my frustration with the current landscaping crew, I decided to have another landscaping contractor come look at the LT grounds. The very first thing that he noticed was that the sprinkler system was turned OFF! He then showed me some of the things they were doing to mitigate weeds in the flower beds. Such as spraying round up in the beds, so when it rains the runoff kills the grass in front of the beds. We walked all four ponds and discussed some of what would be needed as far as grounds care. He was leery about taking responsibility for the neglected fountains, but I am sure that we can work something out. I will pass his bid on to the proper individuals for approval and contract write up.
RandallR..of course I emailed real manage about the front entrance and the killed grass. Any educated person can tell it is weed killer rain off that killed the grass. Real manage sent me an email back that said
The grass was not killed by a chemical.
The Board is actively getting bids to replace the sod.
